There are three things that we should consider in entering the New Year:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Reflection. \u201cI thought on my ways\u2026\u201d We need to think, not just on 2018 in itself or even 2019, but we should turn our thoughts to ourselves and our relationship to God. Are you saved born again?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Testimony. \u201cI\u2026turned my feet\u2026\u201d This is repentance. We need to turn our backs upon sin and our faces toward God.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Regeneration. \u201cI made haste, and delayed not to keep thy commandments.\u201d This is the new birth. The new life shows itself in a desire to keep God\u2019s Word.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
May we enter the New Year knowing for sure that we are saved. If you are not sure, then make sure you have received the Lord Jesus Christ into your heart and believe God\u2019s Word. \u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n
