\u201cThou wilt keep him<\/em> in perfect peace, whose<\/em> mind is<\/em> stayed on thee<\/em>: because he trusteth in thee.\u201d<\/strong> Isaiah 26:3<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This great memory verse, especially for those who have tendencies to worry a lot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThy dead men<\/em> shall live, together with<\/em> my dead body shall they arise. Awake and sing, ye that dwell in dust: for thy dew is as<\/em> the dew of herbs, and the earth shall cast out the dead. Come, my people, enter thou into thy chambers, and shut thy doors about thee: hide thyself as it were for a little moment, until the indignation be overpast. For, behold, the LORD cometh out of his place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity: the earth also shall disclose her blood, and shall no more cover her slain.\u201d<\/strong> Isaiah 26:19-21<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This passage is good Old Testament reference of the first resurrection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cNow go, write it before them in a table, and note it in a book, that it may be for the time to come for ever and ever:^{<\/sup>That this is<\/em> a rebellious people, lying children, children that<\/em> will not hear the law of the LORD:^{<\/sup>Which say to the seers, See not; and to the prophets, Prophesy not unto us right things, speak unto us smooth things<\/u>, prophesy deceits: ^{\u00a0<\/sup>Get you out of the way, turn aside out of the path, cause the Holy One of Israel to cease from before us\u201d<\/strong> Isaiah 30:8-11<\/p>\n\n\n\n}}}

People want \u201csmooth things<\/span>\u201d<\/strong> not the truth. Romans 16:17-18 says, much the same thing. ^{\u201c<\/sup>Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them.^{<\/sup>For they that are such serve not our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly; and by good words and fair speeches deceive the hearts of the simple.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/body>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"}}
