\u201cAll the rivers run into the sea; yet the sea is <\/em>not full; unto the place from whence the rivers come, thither they return again.\u201d<\/strong> Ecclesiastes 1:7<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, The Bible had the evaporation and condensation cycle right along before most men. The oceans evaporate and form clouds, which move over the land and drop water, which runs into the rivers and back to the oceans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe thing that hath been, it is that<\/em> which shall be; and that which is done is<\/em> that which shall be done: and there is<\/em> no new thing<\/em> under the sun. \u201cIs there any<\/em> thing whereof it may be said, See, this is<\/em> new? it hath been already of old time, which was before us.\u201d<\/strong> Ecclesiastes 1:9-10<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, we say, \u201cThere\u2019s nothing new under the sun\u201d and \u201chistory repeats itself.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI know that, whatsoever God doeth, it shall be for ever: nothing can be put to it, nor any thing taken from it: and God doeth it<\/em>, that men<\/em> should fear before him.\u201d<\/strong> Ecclesiastes 3:14<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, when God saves sinner, it\u2019s forever, and when God damns a sinner, it\u2019s forever.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

^{\u201c<\/sup><\/strong>Keep thy foot when thou goest to the house of God, and be more ready to hear, than to give the sacrifice of fools: for they consider not that they do evil. ^{\u00a0<\/sup>Be not rash with thy mouth, and let not thine heart be hasty to utter any<\/em> thing before God: for God is<\/em> in heaven, and thou upon earth: therefore let thy words be few. ^{\u00a0<\/sup>For a dream cometh through the multitude of business; and a fool\u2019s voice is known<\/em> by multitude of words. ^{\u00a0<\/sup>When thou vowest a vow unto God, defer not to pay it; for he hath<\/em> no pleasure in fools: pay that which thou hast vowed. ^{\u00a0<\/sup>Better is it<\/em> that thou shouldest not vow, than that thou shouldest vow and not pay.\u201d<\/strong> Ecclesiastes 5:1-5<\/p>\n\n\n\n}}}}}

This is a great Old Testament companion passage for James 1:19. One should do far more hearing than speaking.
