Bible Reading<\/strong>: Psalm 37:1-18.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aim<\/strong>: To comfort us by the Lord\u2019s intimate knowledge of us and our needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Introduction<\/strong>: Often we may be tempted to think that the Lord doesn\u2019t know or care about us or about our problems. The following Scriptures show that he does know and care about us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Lord knows<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Our Way <\/strong>\u201cHe knoweth thy walking through this great wilderness.\u201d Deuteronomy 2:7.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cHe knoweth the way that I take: when he hath tried me, I shall come forth as gold.\u201d Job 23:10.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe Lord knoweth the way of the righteous: but the way of the ungodly shall perish.\u201d Psalm 1:6.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Our Secret Thoughts <\/strong>\u201cHe knoweth the secrets of the heart.\u201d Psalm 44:21.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Our Frame <\/strong>\u201cThe proud he knoweth afar off.\u201d Psalm 138:6.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cFor he knoweth our frame; he remembereth that we are dust.\u201d Psalm 103:13,14.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Them That Trust In Him <\/strong>\u201cThe Lord is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble; and he knoweth them that trust in him.\u201d Nahum 1:7.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Our Needs \u201c<\/strong>Your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him. Matthew 6:8,32<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Our Hearts <\/strong>\u201cGod knoweth your hearts: for that which is highly esteemed among men is abomination in the sight of God.\u201d Luke 16:14,15.

7. Them That Are His <\/strong>\u201cThe Lord knoweth them that are his.\u201d II Timothy 2:19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. When I Sit Down And Stand Up <\/strong>\u201cThou knoweth my downsitting and mine uprising, thou understandest my thought afar off.\u201d Psalm 139:2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. How To Deliver The Godly <\/strong>\u201cThe Lord knoweth how to deliver to godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished.\u201d II Peter 2:9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
