Will it glorify God?

“Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God”(l Corinthians 10:31).

Can it be done for the Lord?

“And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men” (Colossians 3:23).

Can it be done in Jesus’ name?

“And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus … ” (Colossians 3: 17).

How about its appearance?

“Abstain from all appearance of evil” (1 Thessalonians 5 :22).

Would it hinder another Christian?

“It is good neither to eat flesh, nor to drink wine, nor any thing whereby thy brother stumbleth, or is offended, or is made weak (Romans 14:21).

Does it involve the wrong company?

“Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?” (2 Corinthians 6: 14).

Is it what I want to reap in my children?

“Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth,that shall he also reap” (Galatians 6:7).

Am I willing to face it in the judgment?

“For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad” (2 Corinthians 5: 10).
